CONVENIENT SHUTTLE!! Honda Mall of Georgia is an excellent facility! Only have experienced the service dept. here, but I did not mind waiting for my car. There's a convenient shuttle to the nearby mall or take benefit of wireless internet in the lobby. I am on their mailing list now which just isn't too annoying compared to some firms, and I was pleased with this experience.

I GO WITH THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! I go with the Service Department, why? I own a Honda and you can't kill the darn issues. Had it for over 7 years now and each and every single time I go to search for a new vehicle I 1st pass out as a result of sticker shock then for a strange feeling I feel my dependable vehicle of 7+ years begins to speak to me whispering, do not sell me! Walk away!!! With this my faithful Honda goes to Honda Mall of Georgia. They've serviced this Chicago native vehicle for over 5 years now. Honda Mall of Georgia offers excellent service, their fees are within reason, and they've "never" attempted an up sell on service. You can not say this about quite a few vehicles. So, I gather until I hit over a million miles Honda Mall of Georgia will likely be my house for service Dave L. Auburn GA

CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED!!! Yeah, I believe Honda Mall of Georgia dealership is about "as great as it gets." The sales person that we dealt with was professional and not pushy, even by way of several visits. And, the finance person was the finest we have encountered (even compared to luxury brands). Even the finance guy's boss was friendly and really customer-service oriented. I have no experience with the service side, but I highly recommend the sales side of Honda Mall of Georgia!!
